Boule - Olive & Rosemary

Absolutely the best gluten free bread. Texture is great and the rosemary/olive is so full of flavor. So wonderful to be able to really enjoy bread again.

I enjoyed the bread but did think that the rosemary and olive flavors were lost. That's why my second order was the plain boule. Before forced to go GF/DF, one of my favorite bites was a crusty toasted slice of bread dripping olive oil. Although not quite the same, your bread does give me a satisfying bite that's very close to the original.
