It cut up nicely this time after refrigerating first for a couple days before slicing it. Great taste! Love that I have an option that is rice free.

This is the best-tasting GF sourdough. I’m really happy with the gum free version. We’ve tried every GF brand bread available at Whole Foods and Good Eggs for my celiac spouse, and this is by far the best tasting one!
