Clean Au Jus

This is the large AuJus! I grew up with homemade AuJus that was used as a base, from soups to dipping sandwiches. My grandmother would never tell us the recipe, but it was delicious. Unfortunately, she developed Alzheimers. Every time I’ve tried to order a French dip at a restaurant with AuJus for dipping, I’ve been poisoned with MSG, and who knows what else hidden in whatever mix used. A few times I’ve even tried to find decent recipes to try making my own, but they all have ingredients I’m allergic to. The moment I read the email that Clean Monday Meals had created this, I literally placed an order! Along with the homemade Worcestershire seasoning and mix they had to create in order to get the right taste for this AuJus. Since my boxes arrived this past week, I have created pot roast, using this as a sprinkled flavor on roasted broccoli, and a really excellent pot roast, grilled onion and sweet pepper sandwich! I’ve become a Clean Monday Meals super fan!
