Never Thought GF Could Taste So Good

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mariposa Baking Co. is truly a gluten-free gem! I’ve tried so many gluten-free products over the years, and their six-pack pizza crusts are hands-down the best-tasting GF pizza crusts I’ve found. They have great flavor and texture and don’t feel like you’re settling for a gluten-free substitute. The butter croissants are another favorite—fluffy, buttery, and delicious without being overly oily or heavy. But the biggest surprise for me was the soft pretzel in the bakery. It genuinely reminded me of the soft pretzels I used to enjoy before having to go gluten-free because of celiac disease. Finding something that brings back that taste and experience is such a treat! Mariposa does an amazing job creating gluten-free baked goods that actually taste like the foods you remember. Absolutely worth five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had not ordered these flaky yummy croissants in a long time. My mom surprised me for my birthday. They did not disappoint. Sooooo good.

Very Good!

For the best result, I suggest slicing in half and toasting it. Toasting it or warming it up brings out the flakiness and the best texture, in my opinion.
