Chocolate Crème Filled Cupcakes

I recently purchased 12 boxes of your chocolate crème filled cupcakes and they are fresh and moist and once again they have no filling. This is the second large purchase I’ve made with Katz that has been disappointing. I’m on my fourth box and not one has had the proper amount of filling. I’m going to attach photos of a box I had in my freezer that are perfect and then photos of the ones with little or no filling. I really enjoy your snacks but your quality control seems to be lacking. The ones dated 11/20/27 are the ones that have no filling.

They were great. However we did have a problem with the blueberry pie. When we opened the individual pie, the top crust was completely broken but the pie itself tasted excellent. The package of the individual may need to be a heavier cardboard box.
