Great supplement
My women's health doctor recommended this B12 vitamin and mentioned the Methyl, which was an important factor. Not many online stores had the Methyl or in the 1000 strength or in the lozenge form so when I saw this on Seeking Health I grabbed it. Overall, feel better.
