After recently being required to change doctors, I shared my list of supplements and meds with the new doctor who was quite pleased to see that I was taking this Vitamin B supplement.

Excellent B12 supplement! I have such a busy lifestyle that I often run through the day without eating enough. I make sure that I get my B12 first thing in the morning! I also take the seeking health B complex to make sure that I’m filling in as many gaps as possible!
