Great probiotic

I experience histamine intolerance responses. After learning certain strains of probiotics can release histamine, increasing histamine in the gut (the opposite of what I want). I came upon this probiotic, specifically designed for histamine sensitive individuals. I really like this blend of probiotics, I don't get all the side effects I did with other strains. For me, it has been great for my gut health and digestion. Happy customer!

A great probiotic for those with histamine intolerance

I regularly took Culterelle probiotics until I began suffering from symptoms related to histamine intolerance. This is a great alternative that does not induce those symptoms.
