Flavor explosion!
The skirt steak from S Ranch is on another level. Easily the most tender and flavorful skirt steak I’ve ever had—perfect texture, rich beefy flavor, and it cooks up insanely well on the grill.
This is one of those cuts that makes you rethink what skirt steak can be. I’ll be requesting it in every order from here on out!
