If you love NYS, you’re going to need these.

The Denver steak BMS7+ is incredible. 225 in the oven for 40 minutes, followed by 1 minute sear per side on a ripping hot cast iron will give you the perfect medium rare reverse sear for the 10oz. Don’t forget the sear the sides for about 20 seconds. This is my wife's and my go to. Just season about 20 minutes before with their Maldon salt, and you have a perfect steak.

Amazing as always

I've been ordering from Meat N Bone for about a year now and every time it's excellent. This past order was a gift I sent to my nephew in NC. He was blown away by the quality. If you are looking for a specialty meat market and have the budget, there isn't a better option.
