Scottish Loch Duart Heritage Salmon

Packing and shipping was perfectly executed. The fish arrived sealed and frozen. I went ahead and thawed some of the salmon. You can tell the salmon had been handled perfectly. No fishy smell, firm texture. When cooked, a gentle and clean salmon aroma is released. I opted to use stovetop and was easy to cook. Salmon turned out silky, rich, and buttery. Distinct salmon flavor in the perfect way- slightly oceany, balanced, clean, and sweet. I seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic and dill. Finished with tiny squeeze of lemon to add to the profile (no fixing needed).
