I was a bit worried about trying these but everything else was so good I decided to try them. They are delicious and all other in the house thought so too! It seems impossible they are such a healthy choice!

All of your breads are wonderful! My husband loves the rolls. I appreciate the sour dough, German flour which I can even tolerate, being gluten sensitive. Our son gifted us at Christmas with a box of Brotbox bread and we finally found wonderful “home made” breads! We are loyal customers!

Great bread that you don’t have to feel guilty about eating. The flavor and texture are wonderful but the nutritional value is unbelievable. High protein and low net carbs never tasted so good! I like to top mine with soft boiled eggs or smoked salmon and cream for even more protein.
