Sooo good!

Oh my gosh - this is delicious! I have to use restraint for two slices toasted and buttered. Sometimes I shake some homemade cinnamon (granulated monk fruit) sugar over it and have a cuppa. I keep the loaves in the freezer and the slices come out easily.
