I absolutely love the Brötchen. I am German but I live in the USA. I'm so glad I found the Brot Box. I night$100.00 worth of all kinds of bread. I haven't baked the bread yet, but I know I will love them all.

My husband thought I was crazy to order when the heat index was over 100. But everything got here fine and cold. There was still some ice 8n the box. The bread is delicious.

So far we have tried the country sourdough and fig rolls. My family enjoyed both. What a wonderful way to savor fresh baked bread cooked perfectly without all the work. The sourdough was crusty on the outside and soft inside just the way we love it. I will be ordering more now that it exceeded all of our expectations.
