Rye Crust Sourdough 1,000g

The crispy crust was so hard it was difficult to cut . When I did slice it the crust separated from the center. Ok for butter but useless for sandwiches. I’m not sure if something went wrong but I followed directions…defrost at room temperature for 4 hours, bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 for minutes and cool for 10 minutes before serving.

This bread is exactly like the one my family eats every day in Germany. We love so much and appreciate BrotBox for having it State side…Thank you!

I have been out of town and just returned and baked the sourdough bread today. It was delicious. It smelled wonderful baking. I am looking forward to trying the other baked goods.
