Love Sizzlefish's Wild Haddock

This mild flavored and firm textured fish can be prepared many different ways but I usually go with the traditional buttered breadcrumbs on top, and baked in the oven. The filets don't shrink like some white fish filets do. You can also cut into pieces, flour each piece with spices and do a quick pan saute. Haddock is very versatile.

This is my 3 time to buy from sizzlefish and each time they have met my expectations by the selection and freshness and great taste. I’m going to continue buying from them . Thank you for a wonderful seafood products. So far bought salmon cod and haddock. All great.

We love your fish. Halibut and Haddock are our favorite. However, your labels still do not stick. !!! I have started ordering only one type of fish at a time so I don't have to guess which is which!
