Maryland Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes

Not the first time I ordered it so that says a lot!

I lived on the East Coast and always enjoyed many of the things you can have there. Living out West it’s not so easy to have Maryland jumbo lump crabcakes. The fact that I have ordered these before and bought them again, tells you that I really appreciate the flavor and wanted them again. I make a couple of different sauces, but not necessary. A little squeeze of lemon is perfect. Even my husband who doesn’t really go for crabcakes he said these are really good. I’m glad you ordered them. A real delight brought to my door all the way out here out west 2000 miles away. I plan on getting them again.

Serve this on a toasted brioche bun on a bed of baby spinach leaves and a dollop of Old Bay cocktail sauce and you’ll have a wonderful meal.

Switched to Sizzlefish

We had tried another online fish company before, and kudos to them for getting us started with ordering seafood online. The quality was good, but the selection was limited. We’re now finishing up our first order with Sizzlefish, and so far we’ve been very impressed. We went with the Prime option so we could get the wild salmon. The salmon, crab cakes, and scallops have all been excellent. We really like the 4 oz portions, the flexibility of not having to order everything in pairs, and especially the packaging. With the last company, unwrapping the fish was always a hassle. Sizzlefish packaging is simple, clean, and easy to use. So far, this has been a great experience. Just about to go release the next order.
