Tuna steaks
Always delicious. I don’t think I’ve found a good to recipe/method yet but I’m having fun trying new recipes. Last time it was five spice tuna.

The order arrived in great condition. We always enjoy our ahi well-seasoned and lightly seared so the middle is medium rare. A delicious treat!

Good timing, we just had seared tuna for dinner last night. Fantastic,great flavor and texture and perfect sized potions. Looking forward to the Mahi Mahi next week
