Great high protein "creamer"

I add this in to my oat milk to "fluff" it up and give it more protein. I also use it as a "creamer" in my coffee. Mixes in well with any flavor - cocoa, fruit or plain water for smoothies.

It's hard to find a quality powder that's just the powder. Some report that casein without a lecithin does not mix well, but either I'm used to how casein mixes or I just have no issues. A little NOW brand flavored stevia drops and it's a delicious shake that keeps me full longer than whey would.
