Solid protein powder. Takes a bit of effort to mix, but nothing crazy. I prefer the unflavored to the flavored ones. Very easy on the stomach as well. Taking 50-70 grams a day with no issues.

The only one

My family loves this product. We do not like protein powders with added ingredients like flavoring and added sweeteners, even if they’re “natural.” I’ve tried others, and they all taste gross. This one can taste however you want it to taste because you decide what other ingredients to add. Thanks for making a great product.
