Great product

Naked Creatine is: (a) A great, single-ingredient product; (b) Aimed at improving strength and physical ability. At my age (85), I need all the help I can get! I believe it does what it says - I do three miles every day on the treadmill (1 hour), come off dripping, but not unduly fatigued.

First Creatine I've Liked

I've tried creatine off and on over the years and it was always a sandy thing added to water that did nothing. Being on this one now I am actually noticing benefits and the powder properly dissolved in water.
