The absolute best protein for me. I don't want a protein that tastes like cereal or ice cream. I CERTAINLY don't want the sweeteners and additives that go along with it. The short, medium, and long durations that coincide with the ingredients are also perfect for my needs. And casein is an underrated source of protein too. This absolutely checks all the boxes for me. An honest review from someone who's done searching.
