Mixes well in my coffee and my smoothies. 30 grams is what I need. I usually put one scoop in my coffee before working out then come home to another scoop or two in my smoothie. My husband does the same. We are Naked fans. ☺️😋

Great whey and easy on my tummy

I did some research and was looking for a whey isolate protein that came from grass-fed cows -& without a bunch of additives such as artificial flavors and other fillers that add unnecessary calories and chemicals. Milk can cause gastrointestinal issues for me and this product is easy for me to digest. I also get to add my own flavors so if I feel like chocolate one day and vanilla the next, I can do it with the same product! My preference is often chocolate peanut butter so I put in a little cocoa and powdered peanut butter and just a touch of monk fruit. I haven't tried it in anything savory yet, but that is a goal of mine and easy to do with this on flavored protein powder. This product isn't gritty either, which is an added bonus.
