Good flavor
This mild chili powder is far better than the usual grocery store stuff. It doesn't have that bitter aftertaste I encounter with cheap chili powder.
The flavor is rich without a bitter aftertaste. The heat is mild, which works best for my family. And for me personally, flavor is more important than heat. I look forward to experimenting with it during the Texas summer, and come non-AC season, I'll buy more to stock up for chili season in Texas!
