Fennel, Whole Seeds

WONDERFUL!!!

These are the best I've had since we lived in Chicago and went to the Italian market!!!!

I love being able to depend on the freshness of the spices. I used the fennel in a fig paste and the flavor was terrific.

So Fresh!

Used them to make a sausage lasagne. I also love them in baked bread, sometimes substituting them for caraway in sourdough rye.
