Extra Strength Nighttime Multimineral

I like this as an alternative to the regular

I purchased this because I really like the Nighttime Multi Mineral, but the cranberry flavor has been out of stock for so long that I decided to give this one a try. The taste is good, although I still prefer the regular cranberry version. I did need to adjust the dosage compared to the regular formula, and it definitely feels like an extra-strength version. If you're looking for something to help support a good night's sleep, this product works well.

Absolutely NOT Recommended

We use Mary Ruth's liquid vitamins and are very satisfied with them so we decided to try the Extra Strength Nighttime Multimineral. Both my husband and I have been trouble getting a good night's sleep. My husband started having very severe Restless Legs after taking it for a few nights. It was bad, very, very bad. It took us several days to realize the Nighttime Minerals was the only thing that had changed. He was unable to sleep for days/nights and felt antsy all the time. As far as myself, I've been taking it for months now and haven't noticed any difference in the quality or length of my sleep. Very, very disappointed. And I purchased multiple bottles.....I cannot recommend this product.

Love all the ingredients for this nighttime mineral. Flavor is good I add it with lemonade
