We never received the shipment and all attempts to get it resolved has failed because there is no response my messages regarding the missing delivery.

I live at a DPO address and shipping can be difficult. After 6 weeks of seeing my product circulating in the post, I contacted customer service to see what could be done about my order since it was ping-ponging between two different cities. I recognized that this was not Mary Ruth's fault, but was hopeful that they could help me. I was so pleased and so impressed with their service! They immediately responded and sent out a replacement package with my products and, for the products that were out of stock, gave me options for a similar product. I love the vitamins and minerals that I got! I love that I can use it for my whole family and feel good about the ingredients in it. Thank you so much!!!
