I love this produce so much!!! I add it to my morning coffee to help me through the day. I really notice when I don’t have it so now it goes on all my trips with me.

Perfect Ice Cream Topping

I've been taking this a few days & so far my favorite way to take it is as a topping on the individual cups of vanilla ice cream. I heat up the measuring spoon first since being a liposomal it's thicker consistency. So far so good, much better than just shoving a spoonful in my mouth.

I like this product

Firstly, this product reminds me a lot of a black sesame paste. The flavor profile hints of a creamy almond, but it's still tastes like a vitamin supplement. I like taking a table spoon of this after dinner, more than Mary Ruth's other nighttime magnesium (I felt that was too tangy) or powdered magnesium to be mixed into a drink.
