Taste just like mango and peach, make sure to chill a day before using, noticed less fallout. Waiting to see if growth starts happening a little faster but I know sometimes vitamins take time to adjust to body.

Love this product , as a 72 year old woman my hair was thinning and I certainly needed a multivitamin. I am active, plus care for my 2 year old grandson daily.
