Great benefits… the taste? Eh.

I absolutely love the benefits. The taste isn’t so much vanilla peach but something pretty strong and the aftertaste is pretty rough. It’s better if you drink half a glass of a strong juice or smoothie and then take the vitamin and then drink the rest of the smoothie or juice. It’s not so bad that I will stop buying it but it is unpleasant.

How can anyone think that this tastes good!! If you have a gag reflex don’t buy! Tastes like vomit!

The flavor is good and the product does not upset my system. As most vitamins do. What a great way to take vitamins.
