Bison Corned Brisket

Used the instapot for an hour frozen and it turned out perfect. The spices that are used give the meat an interesting flavor that wasn’t our favorite.

This brisket was amazing in our slow cooker absolutely worth the price and will order again when I run out!

Superb Corned Bison Beisket

Cooked the bison corned brisket in the crockpot on low for 5 hours with about 2-3 inches of water to just cover the brisket. Served the first night with steamed cabbage, carrots and potatoes. The next day we made we made Reubens. My family loved the brisket so much that I immediately ordered another one right at the dinner table! Excellent flavor, quality and tenderness. The brisket just melts in your mouth due to it's buttery tenderness. We will be making corned beef hash for brunch and definitely will be making more reubens.
