These really help take the edge off and are amazing dropped into a good ginger ale. I find Fever Tree ginger ale + the tonic = a genuinely amazing mix. Just as good with a nice apple juice if you're health conscious about sugar, also. Would probably work well with a lot of juices, really

This settles me down in the morning. I put two drops under my tongue and hold it for 30 seconds or so and then drink some water with another four drops or so.

So I was waiting for sometime to see how the tincture will do the job, and it does helps. Ofcourse it’s not a magic pill what takes all anxiety away, but it’s definitely helpful as I’m dealing with grief and some performance anxiety during the music performances. I noticed the difference, praise God 🙏🏻♥️
