I have no idea what , if anything, this tincture is doing for me. I'm sure, like most humans I have parasites fr produce so I thought I'd do a para cleanse for the sake of it. I'm already on a daily strong pre, pro and postbiotc so bloating and other digestive problems aren't my issues . I believe in the higher absorbiblity of liquids over caps so I decided to commit to finishing this bottle. I believe in the quality of this,product; anything w this strong of a garlic odor must be potent lol!

About a week in w the protocol, and no uncomfortable side effects to speak of. It seems this tincture digs deep and has been very helpful so far.

I keep this stuff on hand. Great product to use before a fast. It helps my gut clear (not like a laxative) but as a cleanser for intestinal candida.
