I think I’m on month two and I’m really noticing a difference. The taste isn’t great, but I do like the results so I’m sticking with it and it’s manageable.

I’ve struggled with gut issues for years. I’ve spent so much money on different products and doctor visits all with very limited help. This stuff works for me! Taste isn’t bad—I’ve definitely had worse—so worth it for great results!

So far I haven't noticed any improvement. I did take a week off so I'm hoping I'll see some improvement soon.
