I never thought I would be into this (got the smallest sample size) but the improvement in my sustained energy (which also impacts mood) by taking this consistently, with some off time, and in moderate amounts is just too obvious. It's a bit of a game changer, to use the cliché. I'm just about to run out so I'm definitely getting more.
