Luminous Blue Lotus
I use Blue Lotus every night before sleep. These luminous drops soothe and smooth my way to deep sleep and revealing dreams. Grateful to have this product available on Kauai (locally for me). If you feel inspired to give these a try, I recommend you do.

Worth a try
This is my first time trying blue lotus. I do feel like I slept a bit better the night taking it. I didn’t notice the larger effects as other people did . I did the 10 drops I may wait a couple hours and then do 10 more at night so to help my body relax. I wouldn’t say it makes a huge difference, but I cannot say that it’s not helpful either. I’ve only had it for a few days so I will tinker with the servings it’s very high-quality and I’m very happy.
