Matcha Flow Functional Latte

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Brilliant Customer Service and Delicious Matcha! I wanted to update my previous review because I am extremely impressed with how quickly my issue was resolved. A huge thank you to Sally from customer service, who was absolutely brilliant. She dealt with my concerns immediately and resolved everything very quickly and professionally. Excellent customer service really does make a difference, and I really appreciate the way Sally handled the situation. I also tried the matcha for the first time today and I was very pleasantly surprised. It tastes really lovely with milk and doesn’t need any sugar or sweetener at all. I enjoyed it very much. Even better, I felt fresh and energised throughout my whole working day, without needing to add anything else to it. What started as a disappointing experience has been completely turned around by the excellent customer service and the quality of the matcha itself. Five stars from me and highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
