I actually had complements

I was very sceptical but twice I have been told after weeks taking this that I actually look really well and glowing never had complements like this before. So this is my only new daily ritual.

Hydrate!

So glad I tried this at a festival this summer. This has definitely helped me through this exceptionally hot weather and tastes refreshing with a hint of coconut water. Another new ritual I have happily added to my day.

Oh wow!

Well after a night out with family, I made a drink up and put it beside my bed ready for morning. I was the only person who came downstairs refreshed and feeling great. I have been a bit rubbish of late hydrating myself and this stuff has been fantastic and my skin, clear and lurvley!!
