rainbow dust - starter kit

The chocolate is a bit sweeter than I expected. Its very nice but I dont think I could have it every day. Have been adding it to oats which is good and adding instant decaff to the drink which is also good. I think my 3 month supply will last a long time. As to health impact, not noticed anything significant other than slight appetite suppression.

I love this stuff as it makes me feel calmly more focused, no jitters and no anxiety and it tastes really good with 50% water and 50% barista extra creamy oat milk or lactose free semi skimmed 🥰. Keeps me going at work when I need to focus and lock in.

The mug is nice but too bulky to fit in my cup holder. The frother works too well tbh first time it shot hot coffee all over me, way too powerful for a mug. I'd like to buy just the powder but it doesn't seem to have just that as a one packet option?
