These bars, along with a couple of other changes in my diet have allowed me to pass my 74-76kgs weight. I am now heading down to 70kgs, thanks to these bars filling my craving gaps. I used to eat Nature Valley, the sugar content and other factors meant I could not shift those last few kilos. Thank you. By the way they are very taste and full of all things nice!! Added bonus!!

Super tasty

I really like these bars they are a nice consistency and really fruity it’s nice to feel you are putting something good into your body that hits the sweet tooth.
