So far so good!

I’m new to Ancient & Brave True Collagen but so far so good. I like that it is flavourless so I can have in my daily tea or coffee. Bit too soon to see results but I am really hopeful it will be good all round but mainly for my joints

My hair has improved and I’m enjoying taking true collagen in my morning tea. Looking forward to results at the end of the month of taking it. Disappointed that I didn’t have gold spoon to take my collagen.
