Razor sharp and beautiful! Definitely worth the investment

Beautiful knife, fancy handle, incredibly sharp.

This knife is incredible! I do own other slicers including Nigara Hamono and Yu Kurosaki knives, but nothing comes close to this Ryuzen knife. The damascus is splendid, the handle is very comfortable, the assembly is flawless and the sharpening is sick! No other knife I own comes close to being this sharp right out of the box. I have to mention that the point of balance is not on the pinch where you would expect it and handle feels heavy, but that might actually help the knife feel so sharp. I you are in the market for a knife and have a look at this one, don't pass the opportunity. This knife is a good one.
