Ryusen Hamono Blazen Petty 135 mm

Not my first Ryusen knife- I have owned others. This new Blazen line fit and finish is 10/10. The tapered wa handle is the most comfortable handle I have ever used. The Canadian maple is a nice touch and other attention to detail such as the rounded knife spine is appreciated. The knife it self is one of the lightest petty knives I have used and it cuts like a lazer. I use this in a professional kitchen on a daily basis and don't think I have used a nicer knife (both petty and guyoto are now in my knife roll). Expensive.... Yes but I have no regrets.

Good looking blade with a comfortable handle.

Light, nimble and sharp. The rounded spine and tapered handle is also a really nice touch that makes holding the knife higher in the hand a joy to use for certain tasks.
