Yaxell Hana 8" Chef's Knife

Great knife for the price

Good out-of-box sharpness and fit/finish. Packaging was nice and it feels well made overall. I think this would be a great knife for someone looking for a stainless, low-maintenance option.

excellent edge

Love this Chef's Knife and have used it for vegetables and steaks. Took a prime rib and sliced through it like a hot knife through butter. Cut it in half inch slices and even did one that was razor thin. Maintains its edge very well. Looking forward to purchasing more Yaxell cutlery.

Basic and beauty

It has a simple blade, but if you like to keep it sharp, this is the knife for you. The steel is somewhat soft, but when you sharpen it, it's very sharp.
