Sharp and effective

This blade looks great and it works really well! I got this blade to match the petty that I really appreciated. It's thinner and lighter than I expected, so it glides easily though all the veggies - and actually meat as well - that I tested with it so far. I think my gyuto will start to feel neglected.

Solid knife for day to day work

Well balanced and sharp. I use this knife for most tasks currently, from fine delicate work to even times when I need to break down chicken, this knife is able to cover most basics well.
