TEST KITCHEN - MAPLE BROWN SUGAR BEEF JERKY

Thus far I have enjoyed the majority of the beef jerky that I have tried. This one is a nice option for when I crave a little sweet and salty taste. I could really taste the maple in the jerky. I know my husband is more of a savory person, so this one was a little too sweet for him. As for the texture, note their style of jerky. They talk about this on their website. I like the texture of some of the flavored ones, however, not all of them are created equal in the texture. This one is good and I would repurchase it.

Absolutely my favorite. I *tried* to hide my "stash" from my granddaughters, but, apparently taking after me, they found (and devoured them all - without asking!!) so I rushed in to get my reorder before it sold out, as it ALWAYS does! Soft, chewy and sweet, it's so much better as a snack than (gasp!) chocolate for fending off hunger and satisfying that urge for sweets. Everybody should buy this so they will make bigger batches and more often!!

I have loved your jerky for years, but the Maple Brown Sugar is on another level. It’s a perfect texture and the sweet taste is so perfect. I look forward to it each year now when you release it.
