I reached out expecting basic assistance and instead received a masterclass in how to lose a customer. Mission accomplished. 👏 I contacted them with an issue and they resolved it by ensuring I will never purchase from them again. Can’t have a customer complaint if you eliminate the customer. I read some of the reviews and they were pretty mixed so i decided to try the salt and pepper jerky. And its aweful. It tastes really old with no meat flavor. All i taste is pepper, theres no salt flavour at all. Its like eating peppery paper. My lips are burning from the amount of pepper. I will not come back for any of the other flavors...
