SLAB BEEF JERKY

A great dry slab jerky!

I purchased this one for my wife as she doesn’t really like a hot jerky, but prefers a dry rub with some pepper bite. This hit the spot, maybe more black pepper than needed in her opinion though. In all she said it is still a 5-Star jerky and she wants to check out the teriyaki next!

The Sweet and Spicy was a little too spicy for my liking. The jerky was too hard to chew even though sliced thin. Reminded me of a tough roast. Maybe that's what jerky is supposed to be like?
