TEST KITCHEN - NASHVILLE HOT BEEF JERKY

I'm a bit of a jerky snob, and after trying endless brands of gas station jerky, I've found this brand to be far superior to the rest. I lean towards the hot and spicy flavors, but so many that I've tried seem to be hot, just for the sake of being hot, in other words, they lack flavor. I don't mind the heat, but if there is no flavor to back it up, it's just heat. Peoples Choice brand seem to have come up with the perfect balance of flavor and heat, They are my go-to brand of smoked snacks.

Just tender enough and has the perfect amount of heat for me. It’s not too hot but is definitely prominent. Ordered 3 one pound bags after I tried the smaller sized one.

Nashville hot is one of my all time favorites! Such a fun flavor, so packed full of beefy and spicey flavors, and an amazing texture. Definitely hot! Not too intense, but if you're great-sensitive, maybe not the flavor for you. In my opinion though, this is one of the best PCBJ flavors.
