CLASSIC - TERIYAKI BEEF JERKY

The flavor is very mild. Maybe too mild. The texture is good and bad. The meat has a great chew. The sinew does not. And each slab is loaded with sinew. I've cut my my mouth on the sinew 4 times. It's very rigid and sharp. I'm not sure what cut you use but I'm not a fan. I'm sorry that this is a bit on the sharp side but I am very honest. And besides, you guys asked the question. I am a subscriber and will be for a long time. All and all, I really like the product. Steve.

Teriyaki is a bit too sweet in my opinion but it's not a bad flavor. I wouldn't purchase this one again but I'm a fan of the big slabs of original and hot and spicy and definitely recommend those.

This is my favorite slab teriyaki jerky of all time. It is nearly always moist and chewy with high quality meat. I fills you up and is so filling of flavor! O just wish it wasn’t so darned expensive!!
