TEST KITCHEN - COWBOY PEPPERED BEEF JERKY

The peppered recipe is delicious, product is perfectly sized, and is a great pick me up throughout the day. The only problem with this recipe is that it doesn’t last as long as I would have thought it should.

Cowboy Peppered Jerky has been a long time favorite of mine. Every other order I pick some up too. I enjoy the peppery flavor but it isn't dry. It has a nice, almost sweet after flavor that is hard to describe but is a well come change in mouth feel after the pepperyness of the jerky. I would recommend whole heartedly to anyone who likes other pepper jerky's. You won't be disappointed.
